Not Just For Anger

I scream into my pillow all the time, but rarely out of anger or stress. It's more as a release of pent up energy or tension, the same effect as exercising. Singing also has the same effect as I find that vocalising is a great way let it all out, whether as a short outburst into my pillow or something more melodic.
