I Secretly Wish I Was a Lot of Things.

On the outside, I am confident and caring but not many people know how I feel on the inside. I'm the one always helping others but I don't know how to show that I want the same love and loyalty that I give out.

Yes, sometimes I wish they would notice. I care about these people-they are my friends and family. They care for me deeply and want the best but they have already determined that whatever I do will turn out well, therefore they don't have to show that much support/or they figure that I don't need that much support.
Sometimes, I have expressly asked them for it. And it's whenver they feel like giving it.
I agree with you-time to find a new support system and stop looking for the old and unstable one.

Sorry, I missed your reply :) I guess the next step is that to ask whether or not it's worth trying to make these people notice and care, or whether or not it's time to find your *own* support network?

Find someone I could trust and open up. But most people are so caught up into themselves, they're problems or agenda's that they don't even notice or care.

What advice would you give yourself if you were looking in on yourself from the outside? :)
