I just started to see a therapist, and I hope she helps a lot. Already she's given me some good advice but I can tell this is going to be a long time I'm going to see her. The next time I see her, I'm suppose to write down goals to explore so let's see how this works. I'm pretty open with my therapists or therapy, the only thing that stops me from getting a good session is probably that sometimes, I don't know what to say. The next time, I might tell say I want structure in the therapy versus having none because none might not get anywhere.
