I See Bare Trees
The leaves have fallen, been ******** bare and only the twigs remain.
Swaying in a sullen wind, the sky stills, another breathless moment.
Cold seeps in like death, withering away intent, images further afield heightened.
A glow like no other embraces the senses, half choking.
A tearing sound echo's through the stillness, cracking, burbling, stunning.
The trees are bare, but new life with grow regardless.
