Lately

I have always been able to sense a pressance or like I just know there is a spirit in the house but I've never actually come in contact with any before this past month. This past month I've seen several all of a sudden and not to mention the type thats called the shadow people. I was so freaked out with that one. I just had this awful terrible feeling. Like I just wanted to cry the whole time and it wasn't because I was sad. Its hard to explain. I keep running into different spirits. This has never happened before and this same spirit keeps like...following me though he's not mean or anything. He's just sad and I don't really know what to do. Its hard because I'm also an empath so I can feel their emotions most are really sad and I don't really know what to do.
