Colorful Panties At The Restaraunt

Just last Wednesday I was sitting down at a restaurant having a nice lunch, when this girl (I'm guessing 12 years old) sat down at a table across the walkway from me. When I looked over I realized I had an open view of her panties. She had probably about an inch pulled above her jeans in the back. She was wearing vertical rainbow striped panties with a pink waistband. I could see the entire waistband and a little bit of the main part (enough to tell it was striped) most of the time, but when she bent over to pick up something on the floor I got a little bit more. The white sweatshirt she had on was pretty small on her so I could even see a small glimpse of the pink waistband while she was standing up and walking around. :) She was pretty cute, and she was wearing skinny jeans with no belt. I'm guessing she knew about it too because most of the time while she was leaning on the back of the chair her butt was touching the metal part, and she definitely would've felt that she had some panties showing. One time I did see her make an effort to pull the back of her sweatshirt down, but it didn't work out so well and did just about nothing to cover up her cute underwear haha.

I don't think she was doing it on purpose to get attention like some girls do, but I think she was the type of girl who's kind of careless, and couldn't care less whether the world could see her panties or not. She just doesn't seem embarrassed about stuff like that. She strikes me as the silly type of girl who would ***** down to her underwear and run down the school hallway for a quarter because she doesn't think much of privacy. You know, the type of girl who showers with the doors, windows, and shower curtains open because she simply doesn't care. She seems like the type of girl who will change clothes in a public park to avoid the inconvenience of finding somewhere private.

By the way, she had blonde hair and was kind of skinny. :)
