There was once a woman on the bus crying and everyone turned their heads. I saw her and felt pretty bad and wanted to something but she was holding on to child while she cried. It was a shame that everyone else didn't acknowledge her at all. I tried to make eye contact but that didn't work. Also, when I see people sleeping outside on the sidewalks without blankets and it's 30 degrees outside, it hurts. They should at least have a blanket if they are forced to sleep in the cold. No one should have to go through that. Seeing stuff like that hurts.
