I See Shadow People

I Am 15 Years Old. About 3 Weeks Ago Or So, I Started Having Nightmares About All the Bad Stuff I've Ever Done In My Life. I Felt Guilty And Ashamed. Then I Started Seeing These Shadows. I Thought My Mind Was Playing Tricks On Me, But Now I Know For Sure, They're There. At First I Thought The Shadows We're Going to Punish Me Because I Am A Bad Person. But Now, Im Not So Sure.
Last Night I Woke Up In The Middle Of The Night Because Of A Nightmare. I Felt Something Hold My Hand. I Could Feel My Fingers Touching Something. But I Could Not Turn To See What Was Next to Me. I Was So Scared. I Was Sweating Like Crazy. I Just Laid There Thinking, Scream, Run, Do Something. Finally I Ran Out of the Room And Feel Asleep Downstairs. I Never Looked Next to Me. But Im Quite Sure it Was The Shadow. I Say She Because thats the Kind of Energy I Get From It. But Im Not Sure. Im Not Even Sure how many I See. I Dont Know if Its Many, Or Just One. Or if its Evil or good. All I Know, is It Held Hands with me. .

Trust me with this information. Therevare some bad and good ones to you can tell. they might need your help or they might help you. Do they talk to you in your dreams?

If you try to befriend something like that, you are only giving it permission to be in your life, your room, you're giving it permission to bother you. You should never try to make it feel welcome.

I know exactly what you're talking about. There are something called shadow figures, or some call them shadow demons. I've had similar experiences. They are NOT good. First of all, I don't know you, but I'm pretty sure you aren't a terrible person. These things feed from negative energy, like fear or hate. They are one of the few dark spirits that aren't invisable, they have some sort of mass, I guess. Typically, they look like a person wearing a trench coat. They can't hurt you, not physically, but they sure can creep you out. I can't tell you why it's there. Only you know that. They tend too be attracted to evil things, so if you practice witchcraft, or anything like that, that would draw them. They tend to lurk at night, usually they are most active between 12-3 am.
