I See Shadow People

Shadow Animals?

So for quite a few months now, I'll see what I think is my cat out of the corner of my eye. I don't really know if it's just my eyes playing tricks or what. But I'll be sitting somewhere watching tv or playing on the computer and I'll see something from the corner of my eye. Usually it's just a black figure but lately, it's been a cat I've been seeing. My cat. And I'll turn my head to look at her and there will be nothing there. So my questions are: has anyone else had an experience with a shadow animal? Is this something completely different? Or is my mind just playing tricks on me? Is it possibly because I'm tired? Strange things.

    Yes I have too seen animal-like shadows. When I was little, my bed faced the hallway, and when I looked out there I could see small shadows running back and forth. They were cat sized. It scared the crap out of me! I'd also hear noises, I guess they would be considered chirping-like... similar to crickets I guess. They talked to each other. IDK WTF they were for sure, I slept with the door closed and a radio or fan on ever since. My parents thought I was goofy. The house is haunted, there were many other weird events, even to this day. No one believed me until I moved out! My boyfriend also seen them as a child.

      I know what you mean. Whenever I try talking to people about this, they usually assume I'm insane or something.
