This Place Is A Black Hole.
I see my mother
in the living room. A computer in her lap, a huge tv with Glenn Beck yelling about some clusterf**ck he didn't even google. I see a forest i ride by everyday on the way to work being chopped down so someone can keep their house. I see my boss frantically trying to keep a business a float, struggling to pay his employee's. I see the ruins of my high school. I see myself becoming a little older and more bitter everyday. I see my father chain smoking 5 cigarettes when he wakes up to make up for the time he lost sleeping. I watch my country's currency tank. I watch my country's financial institutions and bureaucratic bulls**t excuse for a government, help it along. I watch my life turn into Fahrenheit 451. "I watch the scenery spin. We call it progress."
