In The Tears

I am not who I used to be. I don't see with the same eyes. I don't laugh with the same smile. I don't open as many doors. I don't trust many people. I don't smile for everyone. I don't make everyone happy like I used to. I've changed. I can't remember when.

I've cried so many tears. In these tears, I find strength though. If I can feel, I can live. I can get past this. I can embrace my changes somehow. God give me the strength to know the way.

I see the beauty in each tear and emotion that flows from my body.
I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all.
