Through the Eyes of Another

I am currently exploring, within the confines of my limited abilities, what it is like to see the world through the eyes of those around me.  When I meet with someone, I try to understand their perceptions and feelings, including how they see me.

I usually don't succeed right away, but I catch the other person's reactions and adjust.  Suddenly I find myself seeing my own actions through their eyes.

Does this seem weird? Not at all.  When you use everyone else's eyes, you realize that we are not so different after all.
