Sleep Time

When things get to be too much I go to sleep for a while. My mind closes out the world and I shut down and hive myself a break.

It is my coping mechanism and seems to work for my needs. It is that or I am just in isolation for a little while and do not want to see anyone.

I believe the body and mind need time to recoup and mend.

It's always good to heal yourself and your soul so to speak

I do the same thing. I thank you for your story! I just curl up in a ball in my bed and drift off to sleep for awhile. Then I wake up and I have a new energy to look at what is upsetting me or overwhelming me so bad.

Well I so should mention I use I sleep aid also at times and that helps too!
