I Shut People Out When They Hurt Me
If someone hurts you over and over again and you forgive this person over and over again
but he/she keeps on hurting you, it is GOOD to shut them out. You can better ban people out of your life
who keep on hurting you, because you can better put your energy into people who are at least WORTH it!
But if it's just a one time thing, I would ask though "Why are you so angry with me? What did I do to you that makes you say this to me? It hurts. Please, let's talk about this so we can work it out."
