All The Time

I used to be able to judge my sister's mood based on whether she was singing along to the radio. If you try to do that with me, it will never work. It doesn't matter if I'm happy, angry, sad, depressed, hyper... I ALWAYS sing along to the radio. I know all the words to most country songs (and some rock and pop), and if I don't, I either learn the chorus and sing along with that or pop in my George Strait CD. On my way to work, I roll down my window and turn the radio up loud so that I can barely hear myself. It's the greatest feeling in the world. On the ride home, I'll even dance if you put on "Drink in My Hand" or anything upbeat for that matter. Some people laugh as they drive by, but I'm not ashamed of it. It's my favorite thing to do. It's more than a hobby; it's a compulsion. It's an OBSESSION. I can't help it. The funny thing is that I do it everywhere, not just in my car. I do it in other people's cars, the mall, restaurants, even in my own head during the day. I mentally sing along with songs that I get stuck in my head. My head is like a jukebox that's constantly jamming. I love it. :)
