I have to sleep with one if I lay on my side, or my back and my hips will hurt the next day. Plus, it keeps my knees from touching because I dont' like that.

Because the alignment of my back gets all messed up when I lay on my side. My spine is curved and my legs are kept straight so that my hip joints don't feel any stress. I guess after I hurt my knee and hip awhile back, my hip and knee joints get stiff now and hurt.

Why does your back and hips start to hurt?

Yeah, you should try it.
