But It's Just A Mask......

I am known everywhere for being super smiley and happy. People comment on my smile often. Problem is, it isn't a true reflection of how I feel, it's just a mask. It's like something I paint on to hide what is going on underneath.
Nobody would have any idea of how I really feel and would be shocked to know if they ever found out.
I work with children so the way I see it, I have to do this. It becomes exhausting at times. When all the children leave, I feel physically and emotionally drained-almost empty.

I think it is always good to smile as much as possible (however you are feeling) if for no other reason than smile lines are so much more attractive than frown lines :)

I imagine that you have a lovely smile Jenni, fake or real. Hugs xxxx

I know that you feel like it's a forced smile, but I'm sure that it's a great smile nonetheless and it would be nice to see it one day. :)

I hate it, it's overly cheerful and isn't real. I don't like being fake but feel I have no choice...
