I currently work in a job where I HAVE to smile at customers. But I often smile at people in the street, just cos I can! You never know, they might be having a bad day :)

But in my job, alot of people don't bother smiling back, and it makes me think about how cold and miserable the human race is sometimes...deep I know :P
