      Even more fun is when you smile and then say good morning in a happy cheerful voice, that almost sends them into over load lol :o)

      You are a brave and strong woman. I quake at the sight of the grumpy. I think I have a phobia of them. Even if they have only two legs, not eight :)

    Sometimes the really grumpy ones are so taken a back that you smiled at them that they just look so flustered, they don't know what to do, then that makes me smile for real :o)
