In all honesty. I use to be a smiley bubbly person giving my first impression as a friendly person. I've worked in a customer services environment for over 15 years. I now work in a billing firm where no customers comes in. I smile and say good morning every day. The comments I get is "are you in drugs"? People don't smile in my office so I kind of follow the tone in the office.

Guess im just a joker. I do or say things to strangers for my own entertainment. I make my fun and usually it spreads. Say im in line and someones cell rings. I may quickly say " hey if thats for me im not here" or when i was married i have been known tostand behind my husband and lightly "goose" the female in front of him and pretend i had no clue whats going on. FUNNY. please believe he has gotten me back in various ways. My point is make your own fun. Be the first to say anything: nice shoes, cute baby, hot enough ? It is easy. If you get a neg. Response its ok ya just keep moving.

A kind gesture can change the world we live in. Holding the door for someone or like you said just a friendly smile can brighten a cloudy day for someone who may desperately need it. When one kindness is shared it may build upon its self and become something more than a gesture.....it could change a life or impact several lives. Thanks for sharing this story.

I agree.. the only downfall of smiling is that frowning burns more calories (Snapple taught me that)

faggotry has nothing to do with secks - it's a state of mind and it implies more to straight people than to homos
