Another Ruling Against Tobacco Warnings

The Court of Appeal examined the case of marking cigarettes packages with large graphic warning messages. Let us remind that the Food and Drug Administration demands tobacco companies to replace warning messages as regards the effects of smoking with bolder signs. The argument lasts for two years and was several times examined in minor courts.
On Friday the Court of Appeal brought in the verdict: federal government cannot compel tobacco companies to change the warning messages. The Food and Drug Administration has to start it all over again.
I wonder if they will stop one day...
What do you think?
