Well actually we know how Anti-depressants work for example all SSRI's (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) Prevent serotonin reuptake into the presynapse. Which increases the synpatic levels of serotonin enhancing serotinergic effects. This has been well established. Mother nature also grows a plant called fox glove try some of that and tell me everything mother nature makes is safe and healthy.

p.s you are entitled to your views but you can't refute facts.

Actually I can refute your false facts, quite well actually. See your SSRI, while they know the effect of the drug, they do not know the affect of the drug on the brain, and how it actually causes the effect. Fox glove, is good for you chewing on petals will help regulate a heart beat. It's called digitalis and it's used for people who are having heart problems. So go read a book, and learn yourself.
