When your head feels ready to explode and everything annoyes you. I have just walked right outside (when I use to live in the country) and just screamed for a few seconds. More like yelled but whatever. Every now and than I still feel the need sometimes. Just when everyhting the world has hit me with more than I want I just scream to release the tension. It works for me.
