Ooops, sorry. 2 words (is ooops actually a word?) I think or say often due to my imagination.
My active imagination has served me well over the years in academic courses such as creative writing and English composition. It also allows me to watch most movies and completely ignore the fact that most Hollywood plots are more unreal than Pam Andersons breasts.
Where my active imagination steers me wrong is in everyday life. Through my 46 years here on this planet, I can not tell you how many times I will watch a small part of a situation unfold, and come up with 18 different scenarios of what is going on. Small phrases such as, Trixie, the boss wants to see you, envoke feelings of the most terrifying realm. For I never seem to think, hey maybe the boss is going to thank me for my hard work. Nope, he/she is always going Donald Trump on my white ***- Your'e Fired! 4 words that strike fear in my heart? We need to talk. Wow- I won't even start!
So there you have it, the saga of me. Funny little aside: Just my imagination...(running away with me.) happens to be one of my favorite songs. Stones version, of course.
