What you think of yourself, is what others will feel about you. After all, why would they believe something about you, that you don't even believe yourself? Those around you see you, as you see yourself.

Those who disagree with what you think of yourself, you won't believe them anyways.

And no matter what any one says about you, the only thing that is real, is what you believe. Your beliefs of who you are, will always be the truth.

It's a natural response when our needs are unmet for intimacy and the emotions we attach to love. Everyone goes there from time to time and we all feel a bit insecure about it. But it can be hard to fill that empty spot especially if your partner is withdrawn. Hope it passes quickly for you.
