Sometimes You Have To

I have done this multiple times, but sometimes I think you just have to! When I am sad, frustrated, angry, or anything like that...nothing makes me feel better like a good cry. I'll go in my room, blare my music, and just lie there and cry for as long as I need to. It's a good release.

yes it sounds like a good release for you, if it works for you, go with it, it is never good to hold back from crying.

Yeah its good to cry. The problem is that i share a room with other people, and it's annoying to have them asking what's wrong when really it's just a bunch of little things.

I also do the same. It's a great reliever. No need to be ashamed of it.

i agree with you. my guy used to abuse me and one day he called shameless girl and other painful words. i sat down and i cried and the pain was gone. this is true

YES I AGREE 1000%...sometimes I feel like a pressure, like a build up and I realize that I need to let it out and just cry and i usually feel better...even if it's something small or insignificant it helps to just let the tears out
