Why Are More and More People Purposely Trying To Provoke Others These Days?

A little while ago, I got into a heated argument with one VERY stupid woman!

The reason why we were arguing was because she thought it was a fun idea to make me & several other people "jealous" by making out with her significant other in front of us. lol

Anyway, nobody was paying attention to these folks. I walked by them to take some trash out when she says to me: "don't tell me you're not jealous, handsome?" I said: "I beg your pardon, ma'am?" She then said: "you know looking at my boyfriend & me makes you angry! admit it!" My response: "Ma'am, I don't give a good GOD damn what you & your boyfriend do. The very fact that you two are kissing each other in public in hopes of making people "jealous", is not only absurd, it's downright idiotic!".

She then says to me: "Oh **** off, baldie!". Right then I flew into a REALLY scary rage! I cursed this woman out with every last ounce of energy I had in my body! Her boyfriend, sensing that maybe they had gone to far, stepped in, apologized to me, grabbed her hand & ran out of the establishment.

WTF, man?!?! People suck!

I think some people desire, no, feed off of the anger of other people. It gets them off, and it's the only real attention they get. The best thing to do is to just ignore them, but that is really hard to do. I have yet to just ignore someone that ****** me off. But I am better at talking than doing.

I can't be bothered to respond when people are idiotic. I'd just look at them, not react and walk past. Or I'd give them a really pitying smile and say "Hey, I'm really happy for both of you, congratulations." If they freak out, too bad for them. There isn't enough time in this world or the next.
