Training Level

All my life I've tried to be at the top of training. Sometimes it is difficult, sometimes it is impossible.
The problem is understand when I have to stop and calm down, think and reasoning that I need more training before a ride, a run or a competition.
The result is injury.

Thank God, I always train so injuries are not that serious.

I'm not a young boy anymore, so I think the best thing to do is always being at the top, and if I have to relax a little bit, I have to decide to have a break and then restart the training a little slower, and risk only when I really feel good because I trained for days and days.
