    Download My Fitness Pal to your phone. Get some protien to mix with skim milk. Have 1 with breakfast and in the eve. They taste like a desert. Drink green tea. It helps burn fat and increases your metabolism. Read labels. There are some foods that have little or no calories such as pickles. The main thing is to eat every 3-4 hours. I have lost 25 lbs but I am eating more than I was before so it doesn't feel like dieting. Think of food as fuel for your body. You wouldn't put junk gas in your car. I hope this can help you out.     Try cutting back on the carbs - pasta, potatoes, corn, bread, rolls). Your body needs some carbs for energy so don't eliminate the. Drink lots of water (no calories) and cut down the simple sugars. Eat breakfast and don't skip meals. You will be hungrier and eat more when you skip meals. Also eat more fruits and vegetables and don't overheat. Remember follow portion sizes.

    You might want to try Nutri-Systems. I just lost 48lbs. in 11 months time. all the food is provided so it is easy to stay on program. Good luck, gotta salvage those clothes.
