Well Not Yet

I used to jump rope as part of a workout. At my fittest I was alternating days with running and a jump rope work out. I feel jumping rope really trims me down. I loved it.
I am planning on starting the jump rope routine again once my shoulder can handle it. If you haven't tried it, I recommend it. It's easy, you can do it anywhere, and doesn't take a lot of time.

When I was a youngster,our boxing coach had us jump rope ...good cardio and made you keep your focus as you tired out.
