Weight Watchers Makes Me Kinda Crazy

i was okay with my eating and not eating too much in the last few months and now i start weight watchers and i am suddenly food obsessed i don't want to be thinking about this i feel full and disgusting. i hate it.

chuck all that crap, find 'Full bars' take 2 a day<br />
1/2 half b4 each meal. But,remember <br />
The Food Pyramid suggests 3 to 5 servings of vegetables each day<br />

Go back to your food pyramid,Eat three balanced meals a day and be happy,remember that breakfast is the most important meal.And don't eat fast or you will overeat,by the time your brain knows your stomach is full it's to late.

Different things work for different people. I lost a lot of weight one time--just not eating sugar or wheat...I' going to start getting back to that-- I gained some back during the holidays--it got me started eating bread and stuff with sugar...
