Gahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Progressss :dddddWell I'm really excited! Well I knew I'd been losing weight because my school jeans were loose. When I went shopping today I realized I dropped TWO pant sizes in a month. A MONTH :D
I worked out for literally 10 hours yesterday and only 40 minutes today because I keep fainting, BUTTTTT progress is the only thing I care about! I was able to buy a size SMALL ******* pants today. First time in my life. I'm so happy I can't stand it. How I did it was just no food! I starve for at LEAST two days then eat like today 3 mini sweet bell peppers, drink ALOT of tea no sugar, water, chewing gum AND not sleeping. The last one isn't really a choice though, all it does is since your body isn't getting rest it must eat your body to get energy! So yeah :D No negative comments because Idc, if you want to be buddies and help each other message me:) I turn no one away :D
I usually starve for a few weeks at a time though, only eat that stuff when I start blacking out.
