This happens especially during the schoolyear. On the day before a particularly hard test I can stay up to study even until 1-2 a.m., and obviously I have to wake up early the day after, because of school. I started taking that habit last year and it was terrible, I could go on for an entire week sleeping 5-6 hours per night, and I don't know how I got to the end of that schoolyear exactly, but now I have one more to go through.
And even if I'm still on vacation for another couple of weeks, it's 1 a.m., tomorrow I should wake up early to make breakfast to my siblings and I'm still here. I don't really want to go to sleep, as if my whole day was pointless and I should do something to give it some sense before going to bed.
