I tend to stay up till about 2 or 3 am and sleep till 12 in the next morning. My therapist told me that it's bad, that I should get some sort of schedule for myself, cause the depressions are coming easier, when I just hang around all the time. So I tried to get up at 10 am each morning, but ... it doesn't work. I'm just not able to... I have to stay up late, I can't help it.

I hear ya. Maybe someday? What's the hurry? Tell (them) to back the F off. Are any of your critics perfect them self's

You may have a point. I'm a musician and usually end up playing until 2am. I get home (depending on where the gig is) around 3 or 4 and I'm still wired. I'll end up on the computer or reading until the sun comes up before I finally can fall asleep.

What do you do for a living. Or did you work the late shift somewhere for any length of time? Cause I am exactly the same. I was a bartender for 7 years and always closed. So I wouldnt get home until 3am or so. Still to this day, even though it has been 5 years since I worked those hours, I can not go to bed early. Its impossible. I am always up at all odd hours of the night.
