Can't Forget!

I live in Indiana, but it still shook my world! I was 21. I was meeting my Mom and some other ladies from church when the first plane hit. I had been listening to a CD in the car so I didn't find out until I met them. I later received a phone call from my husband (now ex) saying they were sending everyone home from work (he worked at Car Quest on the dock). I had an afternoon class at an afternoon class at a local Bible college in Greenwood, IN. I walked in to the lobby and they had pulled a television in. So the first thing I saw was people jumping to their deaths! I remember just sitting there with my mouth wide open in disbelief!

Even now, at times I still find myself nervously looking into the sky when I hear or see a plane flying by! I will never fly again!

My prayer is that we will put God back where He belongs in our country. We (as a country) ask God to bless our country and to protect us, but refuse to ackowledge Him as Lord and Savior!
He loves you and wants to save you - it's simple - just ask Him and believe that He will!

John 3:14-19 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved. He that believeth on Him is not condemned but He that believeth not is condemned already because he hath not believed on the name of the only begotten son of God. And this is the condemnation that light is come into the world and men loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.
