Sunday Ritual

Yep Sunday is my nap day. I Love it my kids are at church pops is out playing in the Garden and Karie is on the couch Sleeping. Today was alittle different though. I Wrote For 3 days And It caugh up to me I woke up with a serious Migrane headache so I Just went to lay down For a little bit and Fell asleep..I usually havn't had a Migrane this bad in ages..
