I Hate That I Struggle With This...

...there are times when I have sat up so late that I only get about 3 hours sleep. I absolutely hate it when I do that. It's so very hard to drag myself out of bed when I haven't had sufficient sleep. It makes for a completely miserable day.

I'm either...
..watching TV
...reading a book
...reading or writing on EP...
..or something else that could easily wait...

I don't know why I don't stop those things and go to bed. None of those activities are things that can't be done the next day, after a good night's sleep and a productive work day.

I can...
...DVR the TV show...
...put the book down...
...turn the computer off..
...stop doing whatever I'm doing and take my butt to bed!

As much as I LOVE to sleep, you'd think I could just go to bed.

When I am up at night I am always thinking "I'm not going to waste my life going to bed. I'm having fun [on EP/reading/writing/probably drinking more red wine than I should]". Then in the morning I'm feeling like I wish I could sleep the whole day.<br />

I love to stay up late, I love to sleep when I'm tired. In fat I think the whole problem is work that gets in the way!! If I didn't have the constraint of actually having to go out and make some money then I could totally set my own schedule...hmmm

I'm with you on this. It's the damn need to make a living that interferes with my sleep schedule.
