I'm 19 and have just been diagnosed with a serious anxiety disorder.
I feel lost, I know I'm not alone.
I just don't know how to deal with this.

My dad and i share the same problem, so we actualy help eachother and I'm seeing a doctor of course.

I hope you can find the strength to do them, then. I have sensory issues related to my AS and I am very glad that they're not crippling. If I had to do exercises to overcome them, I'm confident that I'd consider those to be "obscene", too.
Do you have help with these exercises? I hope you're not on your own.

I have agoraphobia, and sever panic anxiety disorder.
I want to get over it. And there a lot of exercises to do this. And I know that some of the things ive proposed to do with my life are obscene for someone with my issues but i would love to live my life.

I have Asperger's Syndrome. About two years ago, I was involved in a car crash that should have killed my friend and I. Walking away from it was a pleasant surprise, but afterwards... well, there was Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I don't know what your anxiety disorder is like. But perhaps you might like to elaborate on it? This is a good place to do that.
