I don't know what it is I'm struggling with...... it may just be the depression but I feel like sometimes it's more than that.

    I think your completely right.... I know I need help with my depression but I am scared to live without it now that I have lived with it for so long. My depression has become a part of who I am and if I lose that I worry I will lose a part of my identity - does that make sense?
