Posted May 10th, 2009 at 10:09AM I have no idea how old you are but this is the least thing to be worried about in life! People mature at different rates- especially girls and you just have to wait until your time comes. When I was in 6th grade all the girls had chests and I loved the curves. I wondered what made them that way- I thought it was because they wore a bra- so the next day I wore my mother's padded bra to school and I was so proud of the way I looked in the mirror- not the least bit self conscious- I thought the curves made me look so beautiful- but wow did I get made fun of! Only then did I realize it was because they had matured and it just wasn't my time yet! By the time I was in 11th grade I had a nice chest just the other girls. This time my focus was on why I didn't have cleavage and why I didn't have curvy hips! I envied my best friend who had the curviest hips of all- just like an hour glass. Well only in my twenties did I realize 1)cleavage is shaped by he way you where your bra, what type of bra you have and how you wear your outer clothes. We all have it, but some people don't look like it because they downplay their chest. Finally the girls I admired with big hips? Guess what? I got those after having my first baby! Yes- that is how you get beautiful hips and now I wish I was straight again! But all those girls I admired- they must have been pregnant and had abortions, because in no other way can you get curvy hips except through pregnancy. Anyway moral of the story: don't worry your time to shine will come. You are probably beautiful right now and just don't see it! | |
