It Varies

Some days I wake up and like what I see in the mirror, but most days all my eyes reveal are my my acne, too-big nose, poofy hair, gelatinous butt, ruddy lips, etc. Sometimes my reflection physically disgusts and revolts me. I think that can be dangerous to feel . . . I don't want to get an eating disorder, but just to lose a few more pounds ... who really needs three meals a day? instead I should exercise! ... are those thoughts dangerous?

Yes those thoughts are dangerous.....If you really are having serious thoughts about skipping meals etc. you should at least talk your family or friends to get their guidance and help with this situation.
