I have Spinal Stenosis and I am in constant pain even with my medication!
Do you know if a Lumbar Support Brace will help to eliviate the pain, somewhat. I am sick of wasting my money on gadets that don't work!

    I wish I could help, I have the same issue and some...massage therapy and stretching has helped the most...I also have used Reike..

    I have scoliosis and stenosis, and I find a brace is helpful. It doesn't get rid of all the pain but it does help reduce it.
