No Answers,no Relief

I am 23 years old and I have been in constant sometimes mind-numbing pain for 7 years. I have gone through pain clinics, physical therapy, MRI's, chiropractors, massage, and a colorful array of drugs yet I have no answers. No one will tell me what causes the pain or if it will ever go away. It feels like a death sentence. I am currently changing careers based on doctors orders and trying another pain clinic. I am done being optimistic. I would love anyone to share what brings them any kind of relief. I know sleep is how some people find relief but my pain makes it extremely hard to sleep and when I do not only does it hurt twice as bad when I wake up, but I have horrible nightmares.

I'm 20, I've been in constant pain for 3 years. I can't give you advice on what helps, because nothing does. You're the first young person I've met with chronic pain... I hope things get easier x

I have severe pain from Global neurological damage. It took awhile to to find out why I was in such pain all over and I thought I was going insane until they finally found the problem.
I too had Night Mares until I learned how to embrace them and learn from them. Pm me if you are interested in my method of controlling Night Mares...DD

unfortunately they only ting I have found that helps me sleep is three Tylenol PM and a glass of Jack Daniels
