I Am Participating In Earth Hour. the Question Is: Are You?

On March 28, 2009 at 8.30 pm, local time, World Wildlife Fund is asking individuals, businesses, governments, and organizations worldwide to turn off their lights for one hour -- Earth Hour!

This is a global statement of concern.  This is about the effects of climate change that are making a sizable impact on our peaceable kingdom.  This is about making a difference through a showing of solidarity.  In the USA alone, 7 cities have already promised to join the cause and go dark to demonstrate our shared commitment to finding solutions.

So, will you take action?  Will you join me in "turning out" the lights.  If you will.  Please recommend this story and add a comment pledging your support.  Please take the time to send this to your friends too.  Get them involved.

1 can equal 100.  100 can equal 1,000.  And if we keep doing the math this gets us to millions and billions before we know it.

Count me in as well!

Too bad it will be too cold for fireflies yet. It would be a great way to spend an hour, out on the porch watching fireflies. I guess I'll be counting stars instead!

Solidarity here
