I Support Our Troops
To the Men and Women of the United States Armed Forces:
This letter was written as a means of expressing our love and support for America's Armed forces. This letter by no means gives the soldiers the full amount of gratitude they undoubtedly and so richly deserve.
As we have learned over the years, it takes a special kind of person to be members of the United States military family, regardless of what branch you join. You must be willing, loyal, courageous, and compassionate. Honorable, determined, intelligent and proud. As we look into the faces of the men and women of our armed forces, we know that not one single soldier is lacking in any of these qualities.
All of you have made a difference in the hearts and lives of people not only in America, but other places around the world. You have made a bigger difference than most of you probably realize. You have placed hope in the hopeless, strength in the weak, and inspired the un-inspired. You have helped people to realize the good they hold within themselves and have encouraged all to do their best at whatever they do. Each and every one of you should lift your head with pride at the blessings you have helped to bring to so many individuals.
There are no words or actions that can begin to repay the sacrifices you all have made to ensure that freedom remains a right that all people around the world can and will experience.
We feel honored to be citizens of such a great country where there are vast numbers of men and women who are willing to risk their lives everyday for the few they know and the millions they don't. You truly are the heroes of today.
