Ten and Counting

"You're on a lot of medication" my psychiatrist says and my counsellor, and my psychotherapist, and family doctor etc etc.

Well I have to agree since I'm on at least ten tablets at least once a day. I'm supposed to be reducing the dose of one of them but it's a bit difficult as it's like a sedative and helps me calm down from my anxiety/agitation. The psychiatrist even brought in a clinical mental health pharmacist to help sort it all out, but I don't really want to change the cocktail, as I'm the one that has to live with the consequences eg. off sick from work.

I think I could do it eventually, get off them, I mean, they made me fat!
