Always An On-going Problem :(

I have always been the over weight girl.My weight always goes up and down. I am real curvy. Currently, I am 5'1 and 168. This isn't my heaviest , but I was on a downward spiral. Last summer I got down to 150! Unfortunately , my bestfriend passed away and I found comfort in food.I was having horrible issues with sciatica. My doctor said I was too young to deal with that. He said he was concerned with my weight. He then said the magic words " how do you feel about appetite supressants?" I had already researched them earlier this summer and was so glad he offered. I started Thursday and am still getting use to the meds. The first day I took the pill, I felt like I was in a haze of euphoria. I felt high to be honest .I also was having issues with thinking. I was having a slow day ! I hated that feeling :(. The next day I didn't feel too hazy at all. Today I also haven't. I have been real conscious of my food choices. I have been supplementingone to two meals with protein shakes. I am also going to start going to the gym. Wish me luck.... <3
