My name is Charlene and I was dx last year with Ms and and is currently taking Avonex to treat it well i had a flair up and my doctor says beacause of this is is swithing me to tysabri says it a better treatment just need some other advice on switching.

    I'm also thinking of switching to Tysabri. I have been on Avonex for the past 2 1/2 months and have been in the hospital twice since then. I am very scared of the side effects of Tysabi though. There is a rare brain virus that you can get. I still need to do some more research before I switch to it.
