  • my voices started out as just depression of me just thinking i wasn't good anuff. then the voice started getting louder then there was more and they had complete control now through self medication with alcohol and drugs witch worked for years tell my world got turned upside down and they have come back and I know that there there and they tell me to do things it takes all my energy to fight them off

    I talk to myself, making adjustments,but for the most part,the voices I hear are guiding lights,nothing menacing.I think, in a way, it is a conditioning process, much like selecting people to be your friends.For instance,If you did'nt like bullying, why would you be friends with one?,or pay attention to what they have to say? as soon as you confront a bully, they back down, they are just scared little kids.
