Whenever something is really bothering me or I just don't feel comfortable with what others will say about it. I could spend hours discussing it with myself trying to think of any problems that can be solved..what is happening in certain situations. Why people do certain things. It can be very calming to just speak to yourself as if you are able to talk openly to someone. I do have those I trust and am very open to but they don't always want to talk..and sometimes they want tell me what I want to hear. So of course it can be very hard. I am also a very moody person so sometimes I will just want to be a lone which can really make talking to myself seem even better.
